Object: Repeal of Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime decisions no. 112, dated 20.10.2023 and decision no. 116, dated 23.10.2023; decision no. 56 (87-2023- 1576) of the Court of Appeal against Corruption and Organized Crime, dated 21.11.2023; decision no. 00-2024-384 of the Criminal College of the High Court, dated 05.03.2024, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.

Object: Repeal of decision 00-2023-4412 of the Civil College of the High Court, dated 20.09.2023, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania. Remanding of the case to the Civil College of the High Court for further proceedings.

Object: Repeal of point a.2 of Annex 1 and letter dh of Annex 2 of Decision No. 457 of the Council of Ministers, dated 26.07.2023, On some amendments to Decision No. 132 of the Council of Ministers, dated 07.03.2018, On the methodology for determining the taxable value of immovable property buildings, the tax base for specific categories, the nature and priority of information and data for determining the tax base, as well as the criteria and rules for the alternative assessment of the tax liability, amended, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania. Suspend the implementation of point a.2 of Annex 1 and letter dh of Annex 2 of Council of Ministers Decision No. 457/2023 until the entry into force of the Constitutional Courts decision.

Object: Repeal of decisions no. 1209/3 of the Disciplinary Commission of the General Directorate of National Food Authority, dated 19.11.2014; decision no. 1491 of Tirana Administrative Court of First Instance, dated 23.03.2015; decision no. 1213 (1197) of the Administrative Court of Appeal, dated 23.03.2017; decision no. 00-2024-33 of the Administrative College of the High Court, dated 11.01.2024, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania. Remanding of the case to Tirana Administrative Court of First Instance for retrial.

Object: Repeal of decisions no. (11-2013-661) 350 of Durrësi District Court, dated 07.02.2013; decision no. 204/10-2015-506 of Durrësi Court of Appeal, dated 04.03.2015; decision no. 00-2023-3019 of the Civil College of the High Court, dated 13.07.2023, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania. Remanding of the case to the Civil College of the High Court for retrial.

Object: Repeal of decision no. 10342 of Tirana District Court, dated 28.10.2014; point 2 of decision no. 212 of Tirana Court of Appeal, dated 29.01.2016; decision no. 00-2023- 4924 (683) of the Civil College of the High Court, dated 22.11.2023, as incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.
