Access to Court

The only purpose of this document is to provide basic information, in clear and understandable language, to the users of the Constitutional Court, or to any other interested persons in constitutional judgment. Some part of this general information might not be cited by the legal acts, so anyone who intends to lodge a constitutional complaint before the Constitutional Court must be referred to the respective constitutional provisions, as well as to the provisions of law no.8577/2000, amended.
