Seminars and other events for the year 2013

A joint seminar on the topic "The development of constitutional jurisprudence CFC of Germany, the ECHR/ECJ, the principle of proportionality" was organized in the framework of the cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), in October 9-11, 2013.

In the framework of "The Week of Justice," organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Day of Justice, the Constitutional Court of Albania organized on May 9th a number of activities.

Constitutional Court of Albania and the Supreme Court of Albania, in cooperation with "Hanns Seidel" Foundation, organized a round table on the topic: "Fair trial as an important constitutional guarantee."

In cooperation with EURALIUS – European Assistance Mission to the Albanian Justice System, a seminar was held on April 11-12, 2013 on topic: "The effects of Spanish Constitutional Court decisions," with a lecturer from the Constitutional Court of Spain, Mª Camino del Fueyo Vidal - professor of constitutional law, and with the participation of legal advisers of the Constitutional Court and its administrative staff.
