Seminars and other events for the year 2016

In the framework of the agreement for bilateral cooperation the administrative staff of both constitutional courts (Constitutional Court of Albania and Constitutional Court of Kosovo) attended a two-day workshop entitled “Recent Developments in the activity of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and the Constitutional Court of Albania". This activity took place on 5 - 6 December 2016 in Durres. The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo was headed by the Secretary General of this court, Mr. Milot Vokshi.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, with the support of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), organized the seminar on the topic "The Common European Asylum System (CEAS)".

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, with the support of Hans Seidel Foundation, held a round table in Saranda on the topic: "Innovations introduced in the draft law" On the organization and the functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania "in the framework of the reform which is currently being conducted in the system of justice of Albania".
